Sara Jarvis is the Chief Administrative Officer at Entheos Audiology Cooperative, where she plays a pivotal role in leading the Human Resources department. Her focus is on enhancing relationships, embedding the cooperative’s Core Values throughout the organization, and developing a robust HR pipeline to support the cooperative’s members.
With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana University and certification from the Society of Human Resources Management, Sara brings a wealth of experience in Operations and Human Resources. Her passion lies in fostering a work environment that provides employees with a sense of purpose and balance.
Outside of her professional life, Sara cherishes time spent with her family, enjoys outdoor activities, and indulges in reading. She is also actively involved with the Girl Scouts of Northern Indiana-Michiana.
