Benefit Selection Rules

When you select a Benefit, your 12-month usage window starts. If not redeemed within 12 months, it expires and does not carry over.

Failure to select a benefit (or combination of benefits) will result in being auto-enrolled in receiving Incentive Hearing Aids for the Quarter.
You’ll be sent the brand you chose in the previous quarter.

Outreach Trip Advantage Rules:
• The $500 deposit must be paid separately and cannot be covered by any Advantage.
• The $1,000 Outreach Trip Stipend or $500 Outreach Trip Perk may be applied only to the remaining trip balance after the deposit is paid.
