Kristi Mendoza, Au.D., became interested in Audiology while attending U.C., Santa Barbara. She became hooked on the science, mathematics and objectivity of audiology, loving the physics and logical side of working with people and seeing real change happen to them when they were able to hear. Kristi obtained her master’s degree from California State University, Long Beach along with her Hearing Aid Dispensing License. In 2009 she obtained her Doctorate of Audiology from A.T. Still University in Arizona.
Kristi opened her private practice, Optimum Audiology in March of 2015 where she focuses heavily on military, workers compensation, pediatric oversight of newborn hearing screenings at two local hospitals, and opening two satellite offices.
