Eric Elliot is Managing Director of A&E Audiology & Hearing Aid Center in Lancaster, PA.
In his role, Eric is responsible for developing the company’s strategic goals, financial and operational management, business development, marketing, human resources, and overall leadership of the organization. A&E is owned by his family, and he enjoys working with his mother, Dr. Kamal Elliot, Au.D who founded the practice in 2001.
Before devoting his work to A&E, Eric served as an auditor and consultant at KPMG, LLP in Washington, DC where his clients included several cabinet-level federal agencies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from American University.
Eric is passionate about education and community service. He is active in Rotary International, and currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Rotary Club of Lancaster, PA. Eric has participated in three overseas humanitarian aid trips as part of his involvement in Entheos Audiology Cooperative. He has served as Board Member for the cooperative since 2017. In the summertime, Eric enjoys teaching classes at a youth academic enrichment camp on an assortment of subjects ranging from leadership to critical thinking to card tricks.
Eric lives in Downingtown, PA with his wife Ayesha and son James.
