2026 Member Meeting

We’re excited to welcome you to the 2026 Member Meeting in vibrant Nashville, TN! This gathering brings together practice owners, audiologists, and industry experts for an engaging few days of learning, networking, and inspiration. This meeting is open to all owners, audiologists or any other team member who is interested in attending! TINNITUS COLLABORATION

Focus will be on the counseling side of care for tinnitus and sound sensitivity. Participants will explore patient-centered strategies, including the use of biometrics to better understand stress responses and guide treatment. We will also address management of hyperacusis and misophonia, along with practical strategies for clinician self-care to prevent burnout when seeing multiple tinnitus patients in a day.

ROOTED AND REGULATED RETREAT

A 3- Day Immersion in Nervous System Regulation. Space is limited. If you want to go further with you tinnitus patients or need some techniques to help regulate yourself or just need some “me time” -this is that retreat!

ELECTROACOUSTIC ANALYSIS COLLABORATION

We will focus on practical, hands-on skills you can immediately apply in your clinic. Participants will use equipment similar to their own to test hearing aids to American National Standards Institute (ANSI) specifications, explore advanced analyzer features, and perform accurate RECD measurements. We will also review why and how to evaluate hearing aids when they arrive from the factory or are brought in by patients, ensuring performance, compliance, and proper documentation. The program also covers how to integrate and monetize EAA (along with coding & billing) as a value-added clinical service—enhancing patient outcomes, strengthening professional credibility, and increasing revenue.
